Side Effects

The typical tablet dose for a healthy adult is 100 mg, taken twice daily. Individuals should never take more than the recommended dose of this medication as it may lead to an increased likelihood of experiencing adverse side effects.


Elderly people and individuals with renal impairment should exercise caution while taking Nimesulide. This medication is known to decrease the effects of diuretics and Beta-blockers. Like most non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, Nimesulide is hepatotoxic, which means that it can be damaging to the liver.

Paracetamol is classified as a mild analgesic. It is commonly used for the relief of headaches and other minor aches and pains.
